Preschool & children, bring your cans of soup to sunday school, and let’s see which class brings the most soup! all proceeds go to mission Columbia. Life University Begins February 10! Upcoming Kids’ Mission Projects Today, ra boys will go to Finlay Park to pass out brown bags with sandwiches, socks, and the gospel to the homeless. on February 7, ra’s and Ga’s will be collecting for the souper Bowl of Caring in the morning service. Veterans Group: Today The northside veterans Group will have their next meeting tonight at 5 p.m. in the CFC. all veterans and spouses of veterans are invited and encouraged to attend. you do not have to be a member of northside to attend. We will be discussing a veterans celebration event to be held this summer. you won’t want to miss this meeting. If you are not a member of the veterans group, we encourage you to fill out a blue form located in the back of the sanctuary or the sprung building and drop it in the offertory plate or give it to a deacon. Are You In The Game? Game On: Opposition Engaged! mark your calendar for our Global missions Celebration Feb. 3–7! see your bulletin insert for more info. GMC Participatory Prayer Experience northside has brought a very special “Participatory Prayer experience” to our campus for the Global missions Celebration. It will be set up in the CFC Parlor through February 11. We hope as you’re here participating in the GmC that you will make plans to spend some time alone with God in this incredible prayer room. you will be blessed. GMC Kids’ Activities Global missions Celebration Kids’ activities are February 6, from 2-6:30 p.m. If your child would like to participate, please rsvP today to lford@northsidebaptist.org! We will meet at northside and then travel in two separate groups to Build-a-Bear at Columbiana mall. Dinner included. Audio Unplugged Concert: You’re Needed We need your help to make Audio Unplugged on Feb. 6, a success! volunteers are needed for: load in/load out, merchandise sales, ticket sales, meals/ hospitality, etc. sign up sheets are located around the church and in the lIFe Group boxes. Mission Trip to San Francisco, CA a mission trip is planned July 7-12, to san Francisco, California. The trip will include a number of ministry opportunities to partner with south Bay Church. Begin to pray now about going. Please join us for an interest meeting on sunday, February 21, at 4 p.m. in the CFC Parlor. Interpretive Movement Team We are preparing an interpretive movement team for something special coming up in the spring. We need everyone who can, ages 10 and up, to participate. Call the music office at 926-3025, or note on the service form in your worship folder if you’d like to participate. Kid’s Ministry Needs Computers Children learn best when all five senses are used. northside Kids has begun a rotational teaching model during the 9:15 hour. Kid’s have a blast as concepts and truths are reinforced in many different ways week after week. We have an immediate need for computers. Please contact David at 461-0079 to donate used computers or to help financially. Coed Softball Team: Players Needed If you would like to play Coed softball this year, please contact Brandy Bumpus at 864-993-5576 by February 23. The season will start march 29.
